New Technical Managing Director Extrusion Group at HAI

Since September 1st, John van den Nieuwelaar has strengthened the management of Hammerer Aluminium Industries as Technical Managing Director for the extrusion division.

Ranshofen (14.09.2022) – With John van den Nieuwelaar, the aluminium expert Hammerer Aluminium Industries has been able to bring an internationally experienced manager and expert for extrusion to its management board.

Since September 1st, van den Nieuwelaar has been responsible for technical topics in the field of extrusion throughout the group in his function as Technical Managing Director.

Born in the Netherlands, he was most recently responsible for Norsk Hydro as Director Extrusion Process North America in the USA. Previously, he held various management positions at ALCOA and SAPA in Europe. John van den Nieuwelaar thus brings extensive experience in management and in the extrusion sector and will drive the growth course together with the HAI team.
